Hey there , my name is Aryan & Today we are talking about the need and demand of land bill for Uttarakhand .


The demand for a strict for land bill is in the news for many days now this it is not a political issue this time it is led by the youngsters of the Uttarakhand state.

So , why it is happening , why the people in uttarakhand are asking for a strict land bill .

As , In recent decades many people from different  different states came to Uttarakhand exploited many resources that leads to many problems that arises and being faced by the locals.







the campaign #Uttarakhand_need_landbill which is led by the youngster & many renowned person is being supported by many personalities the main motive is to maintain and save the precious Agricultural land.


As many outsiders who are wealthy came to state and the buy the land from simple and innocent people and it leads to migration , unemployment and many more things .

because of the migration and setting of outsider there is a great loss to rituals , culture and values . Agricultural land is decreasing , forest cover is also decreasing due to high demand of wooden things and commercial land .

According to RTI , there are more than 5 Lakh people in the state who have migrated in past 10 years to , plains and others states leaving their precious lands which results in forming of 734 ghost villages in the state 3946 villages are one from where people have migrated permanently .


Uttarakhand land bill will be beneficiary for upcoming & recent generation .resolve the problems of population imbalance in  the cities in recent decades there is so much migration from mountains to cities like Haridwar , Dehradun etc .


the demand for land bill or land law is requested to be made on the basis of the strict land bill of  Himachal pradesh and other mountainous  states .
