Hey my name is Aryan and welcome to school near heart .

Dehradun is the capital city of Uttarakhand and is full of fun & joy . but this city also had a rich culture & rich history as well .

So , what are the things that people out there can relate too .


First in the way , Religious values  .....

people in this town are really comfortable & involved in their religious practices and why not the places are full of natural beauty and mind soothing people love to come at religious places to take blessings & to enjoy heavenly Breeze . Legends say in Uttarakhand wind blows from Heaven . you will feel it when you will visit . 

as Dehradun is a city of Joy , here you will find many tourist destination with a treasure of natural beauty people here are very fond of travelling .

and this is your second one you can go anywhere .

If you are confused where to go because In Dehradun you will find many places that can attract you literally there are many places you can go to .

So , remove the tension and confusion with just choosing a direction . just choose a direction , hit hit road and you will find the nature and people are welcoming you with open hands .

The most important phase of our life , Dehradun is the Education hub known as School capital of India . you will find quality Education with life lesson as well .
 
being a normal kid in Dehradun . there are only three problem in your life . FIRST , find and catch the vikram or a Bus so you can go to your school .

SECOND , the school Obviously .

THIRD , again try to find vikram or a Bus in a very heavy student crowd so you can go to your home .

But why don't we opt for school bus or any other medium .
Uhm , because we love it actually this is how you enjoy the life with your friends . travelling together and running together in real crowd in the afternoon . and elder ones find this good too . because you didn't want your ward to become an introvert .

there are some thing that every Doonite usually do so . Hereafter Funny points are going to come .

1. Love For MOMO's 



    - people here are madly in love with momo's , momo's is one of the most famous street food here , momo's are originally from Tibet from there momo's travel to Nepal with some modification  and as Uttarakhand is the nearest neighbor to Nepal momo's came to India and then people started making them in veg because in India vegetarian is the king .

2. Making plans on last day of School .



   - Planning to go Buddha Temple , FRI , Shopping , movie is like a protocol you have to follow on the last day of school session or on your last exam day And this is one of the perk of taking public transport to go school .

3. Going to Fair 



  -  Fare and cultural events are the beautiful part of our life . In Dehradun we enjoy many beautiful moment in our life like Dusshera mela , Jhanda mela , Tapkeshwar temple mela and many more cultural and social events , including school events and fare .

4 . This  is the point only Doonite can Understand .



   - If you are going for shopping near ghanta ghar ( clock tower ) eating softy(ice cream cone )  at ghanta ghar is a must to do , i know every Doonite do this whenever they go to market.

5. Chai is like a medicine .  



  - Chai i like a medicine to us , people cannot live here without tea , whatever the time may be people here can drink tea  , if you had bad mood drink tea , had fever or cough drink tea , if you are having a normal day then also drink tea , weather is great drink tea , no matter what happens to this world we never forget tea .

and it never ends to a single cup .

6. Robbers cave , Shastradhara & lachiwala are the way to escape  from summer heat , witness the feeling like nirvana .





7 . Life is incomplete without Shopping .



    - So be ready to lighten your pockets because shopping is must in Dehradun , roaming in paltan bazaar , Tibetan market , Indira market and many more places .

8. vibing with great Garhwali songs .



   - Marriages , reunion , party School function . they all are incomplete if there are no garhwali songs . every one enjoys listening and vibing on Garhwali songs . no matter from which community you belongs we always enjoys the uttarakhand culture and always will be .
